Relax Don’t Worry

It is natural for people to be concerned about stepping into an evaluation. You can help both yourself and us by taking it in stride. We will need two hours of your time to take you through the information gathering component of the process. You will also be given some on-line questionnaires that will take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete at your convenience. Our goal is to get to know you better and also to help you understand the organization you are considering as an employer.

Once your assessment is complete, we will review the results with you. Most individuals appreciate what can be learned from the assessment process about their personality characteristics, competencies and developmental priorities. Most people find our results strikingly accurate and beneficial.
